HEAD OF SUSTAINABILITY BUSINESS
We are looking for a genuine, honest and forward-looking Head of Sustainability Business. You are used to meeting challenges and surviving, even when the waves rise high. When talking about the future, you stride to the shore, jumping from one rock to another, raise your binoculars and look at the horizon. Not fazed as the world changes, you are always ready to take on the new and to open a wider view for others. You have a twinkle in your eye.
As an Isletter, we wish you to have a strong understanding of the principles, requirements and practices of sustainability. A passion for consulting, developing, growing and selling sustainable business, helping customers through technology and expertise to identify and achieve their sustainability goals, and an innovative approach to commercialization, customer relationship management and sales are the cornerstones of your role. You take on challenges and are used to negotiating even in changing conditions. You can see the big picture, even if you are meticulous in the details. An understanding of ERP, procurement or data and analytics solutions will help you succeed in your work. You have an interest in the technology sector and understand how technology can change the world with sustainability in mind.
We value openness, motivation and the ability to absorb new things. We hope you have a straightforward communication style and good organizational and prioritization skills, as well as a self-directed and flexible way of working. A genuine desire to develop operating methods and the ability to carry out your tasks with high quality and professionalism are the bedrock of your success at work. Your role requires fluent Finnish and English language skills.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and selling sustainability services and consultancy to organizations of all sizes. You recognize customer needs and have a natural ability to find solutions through technology. You will manage our sustainability services business independently, take care of our current customers, create new sales pipelines, and drive sales opportunities from the first steps to contract negotiations and delivery in a determined and timely manner.
