Com­mit­ted to excel­lence — Islet is now ISO 9001:2015 certified

We have reached a sig­nif­i­cant mile­stone in our jour­ney towards oper­a­tional excel­lence – Islet Group has suc­cess­ful­ly com­plet­ed ISO 9001:2015 cer­ti­fi­ca­tion. The ISO 9001:2015 stan­dard is a glob­al­ly rec­og­nized frame­work for imple­ment­ing a Qual­i­ty Man­age­ment Sys­tem (QMS).

Obtain­ing ISO 9001:2015 cer­ti­fi­ca­tion high­lights our com­mit­ment to deliv­er high-qual­i­ty prod­ucts and ser­vices, improv­ing oper­a­tional effi­cien­cy and increas­ing cus­tomer and employ­ee sat­is­fac­tion. In addi­tion, con­tin­u­ous improve­ment is ensured through reg­u­lar inter­nal and exter­nal audits.

With the deci­sion to start the ISO 9001:2015 cer­ti­fi­ca­tion process, a prepa­ra­tion peri­od was launched with the ulti­mate goal of not only meet­ing the min­i­mum require­ments of the stan­dard but also to con­duct an assess­ment of our orga­ni­za­tion and process­es, and to iden­ti­fy areas where we could be more effi­cient and trans­par­ent. Dur­ing 2023, we con­duct­ed a com­pre­hen­sive review of all areas of our orga­ni­za­tion to estab­lish trans­par­ent, con­sis­tent, and easy-to-fol­low process­es and we pre­pared relat­ed doc­u­men­ta­tion. Being ISO 9001:2015 cer­ti­fied brings val­ue also to our cus­tomers and partners.

What does ISO 9001:2015 cer­ti­fi­ca­tion mean in practice?

ISO 9001:2015 cer­ti­fi­ca­tion sym­bol­izes a company’s com­mit­ment to qual­i­ty. Islet is ded­i­cat­ed to deliv­er­ing ser­vices and prod­ucts at the high­est pos­si­ble lev­el of qual­i­ty. Our proac­tive risk and change man­age­ment approach help antic­i­pate and man­age poten­tial chal­lenges effectively.

In terms of effi­cien­cy, the ISO cer­ti­fi­ca­tion means that we have clear and mea­sur­able qual­i­ty objec­tives. Our inter­nal process­es have been stream­lined to con­tin­u­ous­ly reduce redun­dan­cy and improve pro­duc­tiv­i­ty. This is fur­ther rein­forced by effi­cient resource plan­ning which ensures opti­mal uti­liza­tion of our resources.

Last­ly, the cer­ti­fi­ca­tion also stands for con­tin­u­ous improve­ment. We reg­u­lar­ly mon­i­tor our per­for­mance to make nec­es­sary adjust­ments. In addi­tion to this, we reg­u­lar­ly mea­sure cus­tomer and employ­ee sat­is­fac­tion and take deci­sive actions based on the feed­back received, con­tin­u­ous­ly improv­ing the ser­vices and enhanc­ing the satisfaction.
