We have reached a significant milestone in our journey towards operational excellence – Islet Group has successfully completed ISO 9001:2015 certification. The ISO 9001:2015 standard is a globally recognized framework for implementing a Quality Management System (QMS).

Obtaining ISO 9001:2015 certification highlights our commitment to deliver high-quality products and services, improving operational efficiency and increasing customer and employee satisfaction. In addition, continuous improvement is ensured through regular internal and external audits.

With the decision to start the ISO 9001:2015 certification process, a preparation period was launched with the ultimate goal of not only meeting the minimum requirements of the standard but also to conduct an assessment of our organization and processes, and to identify areas where we could be more efficient and transparent. During 2023, we conducted a comprehensive review of all areas of our organization to establish transparent, consistent, and easy-to-follow processes and we prepared related documentation. Being ISO 9001:2015 certified brings value also to our customers and partners.

At the heart of Islet’s operations is the dedication to quality, ensuring that we can provide the best possible service to our clients at all times.
