DRI­VE FOR IMPROVEMENT

Ville comes from the pine forests and shores of Cen­tral Fin­land, and via Ire­land, Eng­land and Ger­many he end­ed up in the Finnish cap­i­tal region. Ville is an expe­ri­enced SAP Logis­tics vet­er­an and Islet’s lead­ing con­sul­tant with diverse expe­ri­ence in major inter­na­tion­al projects, con­tin­u­ous devel­op­ment and new technologies.

Ville is not afraid of rocky shores, but enjoys prob­lem solv­ing and a lit­tle pres­sure with the sched­ule. He knows that new things can­not be learned with­out chal­lenges. Instead of ready-made answers, Ville believes in dia­logue with the client, a deep­er under­stand­ing of the client’s process­es, and gen­uine collaboration.

In his spare time, Ville plays with his sons out­doors, or relax­es on the golf course.
