DRIVE FOR IMPROVEMENT

Ville comes from the pine forests and shores of Central Finland, and via Ireland, England and Germany he ended up in the Finnish capital region. Ville is an experienced SAP Logistics veteran and Islet’s leading consultant with diverse experience in major international projects, continuous development and new technologies.

Ville is not afraid of rocky shores, but enjoys problem solving and a little pressure with the schedule. He knows that new things cannot be learned without challenges. Instead of ready-made answers, Ville believes in dialogue with the client, a deeper understanding of the client’s processes, and genuine collaboration.

In his spare time, Ville plays with his sons outdoors, or relaxes on the golf course.
