Islet is strengthening its expertise and sales capability in the area of data, analytics, and artificial intelligence. Mika Pohjola has been appointed as Business Director for Data, Analytics & AI. He brings with him a wealth of experience in data-driven business development and sales.
Mika brings extensive know-how in utilizing data and AI at the core of business operations. It’s great to have someone with his background and drive join us to develop this strategically important area.
Mika began his career in IT in the mid-1990s, initially working in production and software development. In the early 2000s, he transitioned into technology and engineering leadership roles within an international context, gaining experience in global business development.
In recent years, Mika has focused on the commercial development, sales, and leadership of data & AI and cloud-based solutions in both domestic and international settings. He has a strong vision of how data and analytics can be used to create real business value across industries.
I’m excited to join a growth-oriented, sustainable company like Islet, which is truly investing as pioneer in data, analytics, and AI to develop our customers’ business.
