Islet Group has updated the areas of responsibility of its Management Team as of 1 March 2025. The aim of the changes is to strengthen the company’s employee and customer focus and to better support the company’s strategic growth in the long term.

Jukka Penttinen, a member of the Management Team, has moved from the role of Chief Business Officer of the ERP business area to Chief Operating Officer, responsible for project deliveries and technical sales support. He was replaced as Chief Business Officer by Heidi Sinisalo, who previously served as Chief Operating Officer and is now responsible for the teams, development, growth and profitability of the ERP business area in her new role.

In addition, Tommi Luoto, who has previously served as Chief Technology Officer, will take on an expanded role as Chief Technology and Information Security Officer and will be responsible for information security in addition to technology. Janina Luoto, CEO of Islet, is responsible for sustainability-related matters at the Group-wide level, and she is supported in her tasks by Islet’s Sustainability Expert Marika Topp.

We want to continuously develop our operating methods and strengthen our capabilities. These changes in the Management Team will help us prepare for our 2030 strategy targets and further develop our already very high employee and customer satisfaction. We have a competent and committed team with a common direction: the success of our customers.
