Islet Sus­tain­abil­i­ty Report 2023 is published

Islet Group has pub­lished the Sus­tain­abil­i­ty Report for the year 2023. We have worked hard with dif­fer­ent sus­tain­abil­i­ty aspects for sev­er­al years already, and this is the first offi­cial report gath­er­ing it all togeth­er. Our aim is to pub­lish the sus­tain­abil­i­ty report year­ly in the future. 

Islet Group has incor­po­rat­ed sus­tain­able devel­op­ment as one of the company’s core val­ues. Islet’s Sus­tain­abil­i­ty strat­e­gy is built on three pil­lars: Peo­ple, Plan­et, and Sus­tain­able Busi­ness. We are com­mit­ted to imple­ment­ing sus­tain­able prac­tices and to reduc­ing the car­bon foot­print, with the aim of set­ting a pos­i­tive exam­ple and ensur­ing a brighter, green­er future for all.

We have embed­ded the com­mit­ment to sus­tain­able devel­op­ment into busi­ness oper­a­tions, from min­i­miz­ing envi­ron­men­tal impact to cul­ti­vat­ing a diverse and inclu­sive cul­ture. Eth­i­cal busi­ness prac­tices and social respon­si­bil­i­ty reflect the val­ues of our fam­i­ly busi­ness. We are ded­i­cat­ed to leav­ing the plan­et in a bet­ter state for future generations.

We val­ue our employ­ees, cus­tomers, and part­ners, view­ing them as key stake­hold­ers in the sus­tain­abil­i­ty strat­e­gy. We are focused on cre­at­ing long-term val­ue for these stake­hold­ers while also safe­guard­ing the plan­et. Islet’s core val­ues of diver­si­ty, equal­i­ty, safe­ty, well­be­ing and impact­ful lead­er­ship are impor­tant for oper­a­tions and cru­cial for the long-term sus­tain­abil­i­ty of our most val­ued asset: the people.

We lever­age tech­nol­o­gy to sup­port and meet our sus­tain­abil­i­ty goals. We also assist cus­tomers and oth­er stake­hold­ers in achiev­ing their own sus­tain­abil­i­ty objec­tives by run­ning their core process­es more sus­tain­ably and facil­i­tat­ing bet­ter, more sus­tain­able deci­sion-mak­ing based on accu­rate real-time data. We also wel­come feed­back and sug­ges­tions on how to fur­ther improve our sus­tain­abil­i­ty practices.

We hope to inspire oth­er tech­nol­o­gy com­pa­nies to incor­po­rate sus­tain­able devel­op­ment into their core busi­ness strate­gies. By con­tin­u­ing to inno­vate and striv­ing for sus­tain­able long-term growth, we cre­ate a more sus­tain­able and inclu­sive tech­nol­o­gy sector.
