San­na has sailed the world as she has inter­na­tion­al expe­ri­ence in both cus­tomer ser­vice and mar­ket­ing. Even in harsh seas, she remains Islet­ter calm, focus­ing on prob­lem solv­ing and cus­tomer expe­ri­ence. Cus­tomer focus, effi­cien­cy and hon­esty are impor­tant to her — when the prod­uct and the team are work­ing, they are easy to mar­ket. Respon­si­bil­i­ty in mar­ket­ing, CSR and sup­port for local com­mu­ni­ties are close to her heart, and with her fresh ideas San­na encour­ages the team to par­tic­i­pate and do good together.

In her spare time San­na goes Thai box­ing, run­ning and hik­ing — she has even con­quered the 3 Peaks of Britain in 24 hours as part of a char­i­ty ral­ly. On week­ends she acts as an activist for ani­mal rights and cli­mate matters.
