Like a true Islet­ter, Szil­via loves solv­ing prob­lems and learn­ing new skills at work. She has the patience to solve tasks to the max­i­mum and the per­sis­tence to make sure the solu­tions are arc­tic clear when deliv­ered to the cus­tomer. Szil­via is an impor­tant part of the Islet­ter team, rolling up her sleeves and get­ting on with things.

Szil­via spends her free-time with her fam­i­ly and dogs. She is the most skilled in craft­man­ship as she loves to bake but also to cro­chet and knit, mak­ing stuffed ani­mals, clothes and dec­o­ra­tions — and some­times uses this knowl­edge to fix old clothes or objects. She has even cro­cheted a new cov­er for her headset!
