Janina’s experience is unique and unparalleled. International waters’ agreement twists and enormous system projects sounds like a regular day to her. She has acquired her experience from all over the world – the North Atlantic, the Indian Ocean and the beaches of Persian Gulf. The most important asset to her has always been the people and their well-being.

Our sporty and determined Janina also has several basketball championships as player and as a coach in her trophy cabinet. Janina is pushing for energy and joy, which catches everybody close to her. She leads strongly with her own example, but also knows the skill of asking, listening and encouraging.
