Karoliinas passionate attitude towards her work and continuous will to learn more inspires other Isletters. Even when the tides are high, she will always have a spark in her eye when conditions are rough.
Karoliina has previous experience among events which gives her control over large and small details. She also has experience from different industries, she will blend like a fish in the sea to different environments.
Karoliinas passion is to travel the world and see different cultures – therefore she has always the next travel booked when she returns from the world. She is always trying out new restaurants and hunting for interesting food experiences which give her vision for her own cooking.
