Jan­i­na, ISLET’s respect­ed leader has been made of reli­a­bil­i­ty, vision, inter­ac­tion skills, pro­fes­sion­al­i­ty and great heart.

Jan­i­na’s expe­ri­ence is unique and unpar­al­leled. Inter­na­tion­al waters’ agree­ment twists and enor­mous sys­tem projects sounds like a reg­u­lar day to her. She has acquired her expe­ri­ence from all over the world — the North Atlantic, the Indi­an Ocean and the beach­es of Per­sian Gulf. The most impor­tant asset to her has always been the peo­ple and their well-being.

Our sporty and deter­mined Jan­i­na also has sev­er­al bas­ket­ball cham­pi­onships as play­er and as a coach in her tro­phy cab­i­net. Jan­i­na is push­ing for ener­gy and joy, which catch­es every­body close to her. She leads strong­ly with her own exam­ple, but also knows the skill of ask­ing, lis­ten­ing and encouraging.
