As an Isletter, you need to be enthusiastic about customer service, have a caring attitude and a passion for learning SAP technology. We do not require previous experience in the SAP Customer Service role, but we value SAP expertise and understanding of business processes. As an SAP Customer Success Specialist, you take care of 1-3 customers independently and are responsible for your customers’ experience. The work is expertise focused and requires SAP understanding, systematic advancement, clear communication and teamwork skills.

We hope you have a straightforward communication style and good prioritization skills, as well as a self-directed and flexible way of working. A genuine desire to help the customer and the ability to carry out your tasks with high quality and professionalism are the cornerstones of your success at work.
