Our ongo­ing ser­vices team is at the heart of our busi­ness. We are all about tak­ing good care of our exist­ing cus­tomers and take pride in high cus­tomer sat­is­fac­tion. We are grow­ing strong­ly and that is why we are look­ing for new Islet­ters for this impor­tant SAP Cus­tomer Suc­cess Spe­cial­ist role.

As an Islet­ter, you need to be enthu­si­as­tic about cus­tomer ser­vice, have a car­ing atti­tude and a pas­sion for learn­ing SAP tech­nol­o­gy. We do not require pre­vi­ous expe­ri­ence in the SAP Cus­tomer Ser­vice role, but we val­ue SAP exper­tise and under­stand­ing of busi­ness process­es. As an SAP Cus­tomer Suc­cess Spe­cial­ist, you take care of 1 – 3 cus­tomers inde­pen­dent­ly and are respon­si­ble for your cus­tomers’ expe­ri­ence. The work is exper­tise focused and requires SAP under­stand­ing, sys­tem­at­ic advance­ment, clear com­mu­ni­ca­tion and team­work skills.
