As an Islet­ter, we wish you to have a strong under­stand­ing of the prin­ci­ples, require­ments and prac­tices of sus­tain­abil­i­ty. A pas­sion for con­sult­ing, devel­op­ing, grow­ing and sell­ing sus­tain­able busi­ness, help­ing cus­tomers through tech­nol­o­gy and exper­tise to iden­ti­fy and achieve their sus­tain­abil­i­ty goals, and an inno­v­a­tive approach to com­mer­cial­iza­tion, cus­tomer rela­tion­ship man­age­ment and sales are the cor­ner­stones of your role. You take on chal­lenges and are used to nego­ti­at­ing even in chang­ing con­di­tions. You can see the big pic­ture, even if you are metic­u­lous in the details. An under­stand­ing of ERP, pro­cure­ment or data and ana­lyt­ics solu­tions will help you suc­ceed in your work. You have an inter­est in the tech­nol­o­gy sec­tor and under­stand how tech­nol­o­gy can change the world with sus­tain­abil­i­ty in mind.

A gen­uine desire to devel­op oper­at­ing meth­ods and the abil­i­ty to car­ry out your tasks with high qual­i­ty and pro­fes­sion­al­ism are the bedrock of your suc­cess at work. Your role requires flu­ent Finnish and Eng­lish lan­guage skills.

In this posi­tion, you will be respon­si­ble for devel­op­ing and sell­ing sus­tain­abil­i­ty ser­vices and con­sul­tan­cy to orga­ni­za­tions of all sizes. You rec­og­nize cus­tomer needs and have a nat­ur­al abil­i­ty to find solu­tions through tech­nol­o­gy. You will man­age our sus­tain­abil­i­ty ser­vices busi­ness inde­pen­dent­ly, take care of our cur­rent cus­tomers, cre­ate new sales pipelines, and dri­ve sales oppor­tu­ni­ties from the first steps to con­tract nego­ti­a­tions and deliv­ery in a deter­mined and time­ly man­ner.
