Welcome to a breakfast seminar on 23rd March to hear about strategic procurement.
The journey towards truly strategic procurement requires organization around procurement – depending on your current situation, this can mean centralizing operations or, for example, defining procurement categories. Regardless of your starting point, the focus of procurement development is on automating routine manual processes with modern solutions seamlessly integrated into ERP and financial systems to ensure that procurement processes are controlled, traceable and automated on a single platform. Process costs in the procurement area can be significant and reducing them allows resources to be redirected to procurement development activities.
Join our breakfast seminar to receive concrete steps to manage procurement events centrally with a user-friendly, scalable and transparent solution that addresses the challenges of procurement, now and in the future.
Places for this event are limited so register soon!
