Niti was born in Koso­vo, from where he moved to Fin­land at the age of 3 due to the war. Already as a child he was inter­est­ed in com­put­ers. He likes chal­lenges, jumps open­ly into unknown waters, and tri­al & error is a famil­iar con­cept to him. Niti remains pos­i­tive and has a sense of humor even in rough seas, and does every­thing he can to code the pro­gram the best pos­si­ble way for the end user. He is a great team play­er who is always ready to help even in a hur­ry. He cel­e­brates suc­cess­es and believes that the best results are achieved togeth­er, as a team.

Niti likes to trav­el, enjoy beau­ti­ful land­scapes and gen­er­al­ly spend time in nature. Fam­i­ly is the most impor­tant thing for him, and spends his free time out­doors with his wife or doing some­thing new at home.
