MOTI­VAT­ED BY SHARED EXPERIENCES

Kalle who is orig­i­nal­ly from North, the shores of the Both­n­ian Sea, is described as calm and a good com­mu­ni­ca­tor. His duties as a ser­vice man­ag­er have taught him to steer cus­tomers and devel­op­ers towards the shore, for exam­ple by com­mu­ni­cat­ing tech­ni­cal solu­tions to the cus­tomer in a more under­stand­able form. Work­ing in the field has made it clear to him that it is eas­i­er to achieve com­mon goals through collaboration.

Hav­ing grown up in the north, win­ter is an impor­tant sea­son for Kalle, and he spends his win­ters in Lap­land. Next to win­ter activ­i­ties, Kalle enjoys climb­ing com­bined with camp­ing and trekking.
