As an Islet­ter, you have expe­ri­ence in SAP Cloud Pro­cure­ment Solu­tions (SAP Ari­ba solu­tions), and a pas­sion for deep exper­tise in the line of busi­ness solu­tions as fol­lows: spend man­age­ment, busi­ness net­work, indi­rect and/​or direct pro­cure­ment, oper­a­tional and/​or strate­gic pro­cure­ment, sup­pli­er man­age­ment, and sup­ply chain man­age­ment. We val­ue open­ness, moti­va­tion, and the abil­i­ty to absorb new things. We hope you have a straight­for­ward com­mu­ni­ca­tion style and good pri­or­i­ti­za­tion skills, as well as a self-direct­ed and flex­i­ble way of work­ing. A gen­uine desire to help the cus­tomer and the abil­i­ty to car­ry out your tasks with high qual­i­ty and pro­fes­sion­al­ism are the cor­ner­stones of your suc­cess at work. You have an inter­est in cloud-based tech­nolo­gies and will­ing­ness to focus your exper­tise on them.

In this posi­tion, you will be part of trans­form­ing our cus­tomers’ pro­cure­ment oper­a­tions – by imple­men­ta­tion, adop­tion, and day-to-day main­te­nance of SAP Cloud Pro­cure­ment solu­tions. The respon­si­bil­i­ties include assist­ing cus­tomers through the imple­men­ta­tion project, walk­ing cus­tomers through SAP Ari­ba best prac­tice process­es and func­tion­al­i­ties, gath­er­ing require­ments devi­at­ing from the pre-con­fig­ured solu­tion, apply­ing con­fig­u­ra­tion adjust­ments based on agreed func­tion­al and tech­ni­cal design, exe­cut­ing sys­tems test­ing and sup­port­ing cus­tomer on user accep­tance test­ing. Addi­tion­al­ly, you pos­sess abil­i­ty to estab­lish trust­ed rela­tion­ship with cus­tomers at dif­fer­ent orga­ni­za­tion­al lev­els through­out the cus­tomer rela­tion­ship – as our focus is cus­tomer sat­is­fac­tion in a long term.
