CHIEF GROWTH OFFICER
We are looking for a genuine, honest and forward-looking Chief Growth Officer. You are used to meeting challenges and surviving, even when the waves rise high. When talking about future, you stride to the shore, jumping from one rock to another, raise your binoculars and look to horizon. Not fazed as the world changes, you are always ready to take on the new and to open a wider view for others. You have a twinkle in your eye.
As an Isletter, we wish you have experience in sales, growth and development. A passion for helping customers through technology and expertise, and an innovative approach to commercialization, marketing and sales are the cornerstones of your role. You are used to picking up the phone and negotiating even in tight spots. You can see the big picture, but you are also precise with the details. Understanding of ERP and project execution will help you succeed in your work. The field of technology interests you and you can see how technology can change the world. Previous experience in selling and working with cloud technologies is an advantage.

In your role, you are responsible for selling cloud-based solutions to organizations of all sizes from first contact to offer and contract negotiation to signing. You recognize the needs of your customers and naturally find solutions to them through technology. You roll up your sleeves and independently create new sales pipeline, carry out sales opportunities with determination and in a timely manner, and you are able to see the essentials in contract negotiations and reach an agreement with customers.
