Islet Group is once again included in Tivi’s esteemed Tivi250 list, which annually compares Finland’s largest IT companies. This year, Islet ranked 218th on the list, while last year it was ranked 238th. The rise on the list is a sign of our determined development and strong growth, for which thanks go to the entire Islet team as well as our customers and partners.
The lower limit of the Tivi250 list continued to rise: this year, the list had a turnover of EUR 14.3 million (2024: EUR 12.7 million, 2023: EUR 11.1 million). The average turnover of the companies on the list was EUR 35.8 million.
As part of the Tivi250 list, Top 15 samples are published of the companies on the list that have grown the most, shrunk, are the most profitable, self-sufficient, have the largest number of employees and have received the most Kauppalehti success points. Islet’s revenue was €18.62 million and growth 29.1% compared to the previous year, which was not quite enough for the Top 15 Growers category on the list that required at least 37% growth this year. Last year, Islet was ranked 13th on Kauppalehti’s Top 15 success list. This year, too, Islet was near the top of this list – the Top 15 list was reached with 78 points and Islet’s success score was 77.
The challenging market and economic situation is reflected in the entire industry. The IT sector has experienced several years of growth, but now and in the last few years, the general economic situation and the challenges it brings with it are particularly visible in the slowdown of the growth figures in the sector. Despite this, Islet aims to continue its steady growth and invests in the long-term success of its customers.
