Mervi Saariko­r­pi (TkT) is a pro­cure­ment man­age­ment expert who has worked at SAP on pro­cure­ment solu­tions since 2019. Before SAP, Mervi worked for a long time in pro­cure­ment research, train­ing and teach­ing at Aal­to Uni­ver­si­ty. Mervi is par­tic­u­lar­ly inter­est­ed in pro­cure­ment man­age­ment trans­for­ma­tion, matu­ri­ty mod­els and per­for­mance mea­sure­ment, cat­e­go­ry man­age­ment and the devel­op­ment of dig­i­tal solutions.

Ian Smith has a PhD in Indus­tri­al Psy­chol­o­gy and has been sup­port­ing the trans­for­ma­tions of organ­i­sa­tions for over 15 years. His unique back­ground allows him to blend sci­ence and tech­nol­o­gy help­ing organ­i­sa­tions to real­ize immense val­ue and accel­er­ate change. Ian is respon­si­ble for the Finan­cial Ser­vices and Insur­ance prac­tice at Icer­tis, the leader in Con­tract Life­cy­cle Management.
