In addi­tion to his long and broad tech­ni­cal back­ground, Jar­mo’s strengths are in meet­ing and com­mu­ni­cat­ing with cus­tomers and in cre­at­ing good atmos­phere and trust by lis­ten­ing to and under­stand­ing customers.

In his free time, Jar­mo can be found out­doors enjoy­ing nature. Nature is a great resource for him, and a place to relax. Climb­ing, freerid­ing and espe­cial­ly surf­ing are close to Jar­mo’s heart, and spend­ing time with his fam­i­ly and dogs in nature is also important.
