Trans­meri sails to SAP S/4HANA togeth­er with ISLET

Trans­meri Group’s Group Board of Direc­tors has decid­ed on 22nd August 2019 that the Group’s new com­mon enter­prise resource plan­ning sys­tem will be SAP S/4HANA and the project will be exe­cut­ed togeth­er with ISLET Group. Project prepa­ra­tions start imme­di­ate­ly, and the project kick-off will be in year 2020.

Acqui­si­tions are a key part of Transmeri’s growth strat­e­gy. In recent years, Trans­meri has shown sig­nif­i­cant growth by acquir­ing com­pa­nies such as Jolie Nature Oy, Nat­cos Oy, Jalo busi­ness and Ibero Oy.

ISLET Group was able to offer a cost-effec­tive solu­tion by uti­liz­ing for exam­ple Microsoft Azure cloud plat­form and agile meth­ods.
