Teknolo­giapolku­ja 1st Octo­ber 2024

Islet Group is proud to be a part­ner in the “Teknolo­giapolku­ja” event by Mim­mit koodaa on Novem­ber 1st, 2024. The event is aimed at all women inter­est­ed in the tech­nol­o­gy sec­tor, offer­ing a unique oppor­tu­ni­ty to learn new skills, net­work, and dis­cov­er their career paths in tech­nol­o­gy. The event will gath­er over a thou­sand guests who will have the chance to hear inspir­ing speech­es and par­tic­i­pate in diverse workshops.

Islet’s CEO, Jan­i­na Luo­to, is one of the speak­ers at the event, and she will talk on “Work­place Skills” at 10:50 am. Jan­i­na will dis­cuss the skills need­ed in today’s work­place and how to devel­op them. Her pre­sen­ta­tion will pro­vide valu­able insights and prac­ti­cal tips for all atten­dees, whether they are con­sid­er­ing a career change or are already pro­fes­sion­als in the field.

Islet’s par­tic­i­pa­tion in the event shows our com­mit­ment to pro­mot­ing diver­si­ty and inclu­siv­i­ty in the tech­nol­o­gy sec­tor. Col­lab­o­ra­tion with the Mim­mit koodaa pro­gram is part of Islet’s broad­er strat­e­gy to sup­port sus­tain­abil­i­ty and respon­si­ble devel­op­ment in all its operations.

Teknolo­giapolku­ja event is free and open to every­one, and it will be held in both Helsin­ki and Jyväskylä. Par­tic­i­pants can also fol­low the event online, allow­ing for broad par­tic­i­pa­tion from dif­fer­ent parts of Fin­land. The event plat­form pro­vides an oppor­tu­ni­ty to dis­cuss with oth­er par­tic­i­pants, share expe­ri­ences, and make new contacts.
