Islet Group joins AI Fin­land network

AI Fin­land net­work brings togeth­er Finnish com­pa­nies and oth­er enti­ties inter­est­ed in arti­fi­cial intel­li­gence. The network’s goal is to increase the adop­tion and devel­op­ment of arti­fi­cial intel­li­gence in Finland. 

Arti­fi­cial intel­li­gence offers an unprece­dent­ed nation­al oppor­tu­ni­ty for leaps in pro­duc­tiv­i­ty and com­pet­i­tive­ness. The idea behind the net­work is that col­lab­o­ra­tion in mas­ter­ing rapid­ly evolv­ing tech­nol­o­gy improves everyone’s chances of suc­cess. AI Fin­land brings togeth­er com­pa­nies and oth­er enti­ties inter­est­ed in arti­fi­cial intel­li­gence, regard­less of indus­try or size. Its mis­sion is to accel­er­ate AI adop­tion and inno­va­tion through peer sup­port and cross-indus­try knowl­edge sharing.

AI Fin­land net­work wel­comes both ser­vice providers and those uti­liz­ing arti­fi­cial intel­li­gence. By fos­ter­ing broad col­lab­o­ra­tion with uni­ver­si­ties and oth­er key stake­hold­ers, they aim to dri­ve joint projects and cre­ate last­ing impact.

AI Fin­land net­work has already over 200 mem­bers and its events and ser­vices are tai­lored to address the spe­cif­ic needs of its mem­bers. The pri­ma­ry focus is on facil­i­tat­ing a plat­form to enable infor­ma­tion shar­ing and peer learn­ing between com­pa­nies and orga­ni­za­tions, con­nect­ing sup­ply and demand, deliv­er­ing valu­able insights, and fos­ter­ing busi­ness growth and inno­va­tion with­in the net­work. Every­thing is designed to help the net­work mem­bers thrive in the AI space.

Objec­tive: Strength­en­ing Diver­si­ty in AI

One of the goals of AI Fin­land is to strength­en the AI expert com­mu­ni­ty by improv­ing its diver­si­ty in Fin­land. The tech­nol­o­gy sec­tor needs diverse teams because, accord­ing to research, they are more inno­v­a­tive and effi­cient. We sim­ply can­not afford to over­look the 50 per­cent of top tal­ent rep­re­sent­ed by women.

AI Fin­land has list­ed influ­en­tial women who have excelled as dri­vers of AI trans­for­ma­tion and growth lead­ers. The lat­est list includes influ­encers from var­i­ous indus­tries – ambi­tious lead­ers, top experts, and founders who are shap­ing the future of AI. This list­ing is an excel­lent tool for find­ing board mem­bers, for exam­ple, when you want to ensure that your com­pa­ny ful­ly lever­ages the busi­ness poten­tial of AI.
