THERE IS ALWAYS A SOLUTION

Henri remains calm and customer focused even in stormy weather. When he hears someone say: “I wonder how we should solve this”, he is the first to rush there and take control of the situation relying on his vast experience and confidence that there is always a solution.

When on shore, he likes to do woodworking to ease his mind and to see an immediate result of his work. Also, playing the piano lets his mind wander freely allowing him to return later to the task at hand with a clear head and strong focus.
