THERE IS ALWAYS A SOLUTION

Hen­ri remains calm and cus­tomer focused even in stormy weath­er. When he hears some­one say: “I won­der how we should solve this”, he is the first to rush there and take con­trol of the sit­u­a­tion rely­ing on his vast expe­ri­ence and con­fi­dence that there is always a solution.

When on shore, he likes to do wood­work­ing to ease his mind and to see an imme­di­ate result of his work. Also, play­ing the piano lets his mind wan­der freely allow­ing him to return lat­er to the task at hand with a clear head and strong focus.
