We have a&nbsp;head\u00adcount of 17&nbsp;in the par\u00adent com\u00adpa\u00adny, and 6&nbsp;major sub\u00adsidiary com\u00adpa\u00adnies with a&nbsp;total of 19 small\u00ader sub\u00adsidiaries. Next year I&nbsp;will have spent 10&nbsp;years at Trans\u00admeri. I&nbsp;am mar\u00adried and have 3&nbsp;chil\u00addren, one of whom has already moved out to study in Joen\u00adsuu. I&nbsp;like sail\u00ading and ultra-run\u00adning, and all kinds of sports that sup\u00adport&nbsp;it.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong><em><\/em><\/strong><strong><em>What is Trans\u00admeri Group\u2019s core mes\u00adsage to stake\u00adhold\u00aders and customers?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are a&nbsp;90-year-old fam\u00adi\u00adly busi\u00adness and the next gen\u00ader\u00ada\u00adtion is com\u00admit\u00adted to con\u00adtin\u00adu\u00ading the busi\u00adness. We are a&nbsp;reli\u00adable, long-term partner.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><b>How do you see your indus\u00adtry evolv\u00ading? Which mega trends&nbsp;affect most and&nbsp;how?<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Our indus\u00adtry is evolv\u00ading to stream\u00adline, accel\u00ader\u00adate and make dis\u00adtri\u00adb\u00adu\u00adtion chan\u00adnels more effi\u00adcient. Out of mega trends we are now most influ\u00adenced by the envi\u00adron\u00admen\u00adtal and cli\u00admate issues and, on the oth\u00ader hand, by the con\u00adtin\u00adu\u00adous accel\u00ader\u00ada\u00adtion and sub\u00ador\u00addi\u00adna\u00adtion of tech\u00adno\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal development.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>How is respon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty reflect\u00aded in your actions?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Respon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty plays an impor\u00adtant role today, start\u00ading from our own\u00aders who have strong\u00adly raised the issue. Of course, respon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty has always been impor\u00adtant to us, but late\u00adly it has been focused on even more. We are in the process of defin\u00ading com\u00admon themes across all Group com\u00adpa\u00adnies based on the UN\u2019s 17 Sus\u00adtain\u00adable Devel\u00adop\u00adment Goals. In addi\u00adtion to a&nbsp;few cor\u00adpo\u00adrate-lev\u00adel themes, each com\u00adpa\u00adny picks up key themes relat\u00aded to its indus\u00adtry. As an exam\u00adple, our most impor\u00adtant goal is car\u00adbon neu\u00adtral\u00adi\u00adty and we are in the process of map\u00adping it and count\u00ading it, and we will be lock\u00ading our goals in the near future.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>The best thing about your&nbsp;job?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The best part of my job is being able to meet many dif\u00adfer\u00adent types of peo\u00adple, both inter\u00adnal\u00adly and across the&nbsp;board.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>What are the top three things on your desk\u00adtop for next&nbsp;year?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Help\u00ading our affil\u00adi\u00adates grow and improve prof\u00aditabil\u00adi\u00adty \u2013 a&nbsp;key task from year to&nbsp;year.<\/li>\n<li>Sup\u00adport our staff to cope with major projects.<\/li>\n<li>ERP project. We cur\u00adrent\u00adly have sev\u00ader\u00adal ERP sys\u00adtems in use with\u00adin the Group as we have grown through acqui\u00adsi\u00adtions. Our main sys\u00adtem is SAP R3, and its prod\u00aduct sup\u00adport will end by 2025, which is why we con\u00adduct\u00aded a&nbsp;pre\u00adlim\u00adi\u00adnary study last year with a&nbsp;view to achiev\u00ading a&nbsp;sin\u00adgle sys\u00adtem for the entire Group. As a&nbsp;result of the sur\u00advey, we end\u00aded up with one ERP: SAP S\/4HANA. After the deci\u00adsion, we explored the part\u00adner oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adties and ISLET Group was select\u00aded as a&nbsp;part\u00adner from sev\u00ader\u00adal alternatives.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Embark\u00ading into the SAP S\/4HANA jour\u00adney, what do you expect from this transformation?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>I hope that the change will be as smooth as pos\u00adsi\u00adble, and that in the long run hav\u00ading all the Group com\u00adpa\u00adnies under the same ERP sys\u00adtem will make our oper\u00ada\u00adtions stream\u00adlined and eas\u00adi\u00ader. I&nbsp;hope the unnec\u00ades\u00adsary rep\u00ade\u00adti\u00adtion of the same steps with\u00adin the group will be com\u00adplete\u00adly eliminated.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>What are the main cri\u00adte\u00adria for choos\u00ading a&nbsp;tech\u00adnol\u00ado\u00adgy part\u00adner? What do you expect from a&nbsp;tech\u00adnol\u00ado\u00adgy partner?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reli\u00ada\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty and exper\u00adtise, which also means dar\u00ading to dis\u00adagree, chal\u00adlenge, ques\u00adtion and offer alter\u00adna\u00adtives. We are look\u00ading for straight\u00adfor\u00adward co-oper\u00ada\u00adtion where promis\u00ades are kept and dead\u00adlines met, and sur\u00adpris\u00ades along the way are report\u00aded promptly.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>How is coop\u00ader\u00ada\u00adtion with&nbsp;ISLET?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Easy and has\u00adsle-free, all of the above points describe ISLET well.
