For the first time, ISLET took its cus\u00adtomers and stake\u00adhold\u00aders to SAP Expe\u00adri\u00adence Cen\u00adter<\/strong><\/a> vis\u00adit to Copen\u00adhagen. Top-notch vision\u00adary speak\u00aders sparked dis\u00adcus\u00adsions about the future and change. Dur\u00ading the vis\u00adit, it was inspir\u00ading to look into the future and gain new per\u00adspec\u00adtive how cur\u00adrent orga\u00adni\u00adza\u00adtion should change.<\/p>\n

The group arrived in Copen\u00adhagen the night before the vis\u00adit. The par\u00adtic\u00adi\u00adpants were from many dif\u00adfer\u00adent sec\u00adtors and they were already able to get to know each oth\u00ader and exchange thoughts dur\u00ading the dinner.<\/p>\n

The next morn\u00ading, we got trans\u00adport\u00aded to SAP Expe\u00adri\u00adence Cen\u00adter accom\u00adpa\u00adnied by mag\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcent sun\u00adshine. Jan\u00adi\u00adna Luo\u00adto<\/strong><\/a>, CEO of ISLET, start\u00aded the morn\u00ading with a wel\u00adcome speech and ISLET intro\u00adduc\u00adtion. Luo\u00adto also opened the com\u00adpa\u00adny\u2019s views on devel\u00adop\u00adment and growth. The first speak\u00ader Mar\u00adi\u00adano Kris\u00adtensen<\/strong> from SAP Nordic spoke about an intel\u00adli\u00adgent enter\u00adprise in expe\u00adri\u00adence econ\u00ado\u00admy. After that, Maria Pereira<\/strong> from SAP led us into the world of design thinking.<\/p>\n

Before lunch, the audi\u00adence got engaged by Erick Th\u00fcrmer<\/strong>, Den\u00admark\u2019s most well-known vision\u00adary. Th\u00fcrmer shared his expe\u00adri\u00adences about piv\u00adot\u00ading and rev\u00ado\u00adlu\u00adtion\u00adiz\u00ading his 120-year-old fam\u00adi\u00adly busi\u00adness, Th\u00fcrmer Tools. Dis\u00adcus\u00adsions with him con\u00adtin\u00adued over lunch, with focus on the future and new forms of leadership.<\/p>\n

Thomas Mad\u00adsen<\/strong>, Head of SAP Expe\u00adri\u00adence Cen\u00adter Copen\u00adhagen, opened the after\u00adnoon. He intro\u00adduced the cen\u00adter and its activ\u00adi\u00adties and gave tour in its var\u00adi\u00adous func\u00adtion\u00adal work\u00adspaces. At the end of the after\u00adnoon, Mia Ruot\u00adsala, CDO of Inter\u00adsport Group, inspired the audi\u00adence by telling how they turned the sport giant\u2019s local store-based busi\u00adness to dig\u00adi\u00adtal era. Dis\u00adcus\u00adsions with Ruot\u00adsala con\u00adtin\u00adued over dinner.<\/p>\n

Kris\u00adtensen spoke about the devel\u00adop\u00adment path towards intel\u00adli\u00adgent enter\u00adprise in today\u2019s expe\u00adri\u00adence economy.<\/p>\n

Pereira explained what design think\u00ading is as a method\u00adol\u00ado\u00adgy and how it can bring new ideas and solu\u00adtions to com\u00adplex problems.<\/p>\n

Th\u00fcrmer shared his expe\u00adri\u00adences about rev\u00ado\u00adlu\u00adtion\u00adiz\u00ading his 120-year-old fam\u00adi\u00adly busi\u00adness, Th\u00fcrmer Tools, and gave con\u00adcrete exam\u00adples how com\u00adpa\u00adnies must keep up and con\u00adstant\u00adly do things in new ways. He also empha\u00adsized the need to do some\u00adthing com\u00adplete\u00adly new, even impos\u00adsi\u00adble con\u00adsid\u00adered, in order to devel\u00adop. Dis\u00adcus\u00adsions con\u00adtin\u00adued with him over lunch, where he shared his thoughts on inno\u00adv\u00ada\u00adtive leadership.<\/p>\n
