In 2017, Ser\u00advi\u00adca imple\u00adment\u00aded a new mobile user inter\u00adface for order pro\u00adcess\u00ading that was devel\u00adoped by Islet. This UI5 tech\u00adnol\u00ado\u00adgy based appli\u00adca\u00adtion, inde\u00adpen\u00addent of the device type, replaced pro\u00adcure\u00adment sys\u00adtem and bar\u00adcode read\u00ader devices which were at the end of their life\u00adcy\u00adcle. With this new mobile user inter\u00adface, employ\u00adees choose ordered prod\u00aducts on a tablet or mobile phone to the ware\u00adhouse with\u00adout man\u00adu\u00adal bar\u00adcode scanning.<\/span>

The new user inter\u00adface sim\u00adpli\u00adfied work and accel\u00ader\u00adat\u00aded order process. It also sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant\u00adly increased data qual\u00adi\u00adty since two sep\u00ada\u00adrate sys\u00adtems were merged into a cen\u00adtral\u00adized one. Now all the nec\u00ades\u00adsary data is processed in one ERP sys\u00adtem where the data is updat\u00aded in real-time. <\/span><\/p>\n

Ser\u00advi\u00adca has reduced time to place orders and sim\u00adpli\u00adfied their over\u00adall sys\u00adtem archi\u00adtec\u00adture in the project exe\u00adcut\u00aded with Islet. Data relat\u00aded to prod\u00aduct avail\u00adabil\u00adi\u00adty and pos\u00adsi\u00adble back order noti\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtions update in real-time when pro\u00adcess\u00ading an order. Con\u00adfir\u00adma\u00adtions are deliv\u00adered elec\u00adtron\u00adi\u00adcal\u00adly to hos\u00adpi\u00adtal depart\u00adments. With real-time infor\u00adma\u00adtion, the per\u00adson plac\u00ading an order can more care\u00adful\u00adly plan the deliv\u00adery time and be sure that all the crit\u00adi\u00adcal instru\u00adments and sup\u00adplies are always avail\u00adable at the hos\u00adpi\u00adtal. Unnec\u00ades\u00adsary admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtive work has also dimin\u00adished sub\u00adstan\u00adtial\u00adly due to the sys\u00adtem consolidation. <\/span><\/p>\n

User expe\u00adri\u00adence of the<\/span> new order pro\u00adcess\u00ading inter\u00adface has been pos\u00adi\u00adtive. Devices are easy to car\u00adry dur\u00ading change of loca\u00adtion and plac\u00ading orders has been sim\u00adpli\u00adfied. Inter\u00adface scales up to dif\u00adfer\u00adent devices for exam\u00adple mobile phones and com\u00adput\u00aders. Com\u00adpared to ear\u00adli\u00ader bar\u00adcode read\u00aders, these new mobile devices are mul\u00adti-func\u00adtion\u00adal, cheap\u00ader and eas\u00adi\u00ader to repair and replace if need\u00aded. This way, it is ensured that orders are always placed on time.<\/p>\n

Accord\u00ading to Ser\u00advi\u00adca, Islet\u2019s strengths are in deliv\u00ader\u00ading solu\u00adtion as promised. Dur\u00ading the project, Ser\u00advi\u00adca could trust the tar\u00adgets were achieved on time. With the new mobile appli\u00adca\u00adtion, Servica\u2019s order-to-deliv\u00adery process is more effi\u00adcient and bet\u00adter ser\u00advice can be offered to their customers. <\/span><\/p>\n
