In 2015, Bil\u00adfin\u00adger start\u00aded the renew\u00adal of their enter\u00adprise resource plan\u00adning sys\u00adtems in Scan\u00addi\u00adna\u00advian sub\u00adsidiaries with a SAP roll\u00adout project. In the project, new SAP instal\u00adla\u00adtions along with new extend\u00aded func\u00adtion\u00adal\u00adi\u00adties com\u00adpat\u00adi\u00adble with Bil\u00adfin\u00adger group were deployed. Project was run inter\u00adna\u00adtion\u00adal\u00adly from the cor\u00adpo\u00adrate lev\u00adel. Islet sup\u00adport\u00aded Bil\u00adfin\u00adger Fin\u00adland in the imple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion by pro\u00advid\u00ading local under\u00adstand\u00ading along with key and end user sup\u00adport and training. <\/span><\/p>\n Local Islet pro\u00adfes\u00adsion\u00adals in an inter\u00adna\u00adtion\u00adal roll\u00adout project facil\u00adi\u00adtat\u00aded the project real\u00adiza\u00adtion remark\u00adably effi\u00adcient\u00adly. The com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adtion with Finnish con\u00adsul\u00adtants was sim\u00adple and ques\u00adtions were solved effort\u00adless\u00adly with\u00adout lan\u00adguage bar\u00adri\u00aders. More\u00adover, with the help of Islet, the local needs and spe\u00adcial char\u00adac\u00adter\u00adis\u00adtics of Bil\u00adfin\u00adger Fin\u00adland were high\u00adlight\u00aded in the project. These local char\u00adac\u00adter\u00adis\u00adtics would have been less obvi\u00adous in an inter\u00adna\u00adtion\u00adal project plan and implementation. <\/span><\/p>\n The real\u00adiza\u00adtion of the project was effi\u00adcient and remark\u00adable time sav\u00adings were achieved since Islet con\u00adsul\u00adtants sup\u00adport\u00aded Bilfinger\u2019s employ\u00adees on-site. The co-oper\u00ada\u00adtion between Islet and Bil\u00adfin\u00adger was flex\u00adi\u00adble and prob\u00adlem solv\u00ading was prompt. The broad SAP exper\u00adtise of Islet con\u00adsul\u00adtants enabled Bil\u00adfin\u00adger to detect the upcom\u00ading chal\u00adlenges already in test\u00ading phase and made it pos\u00adsi\u00adble to proac\u00adtive\u00adly solve them before implementation. <\/span><\/p>\n Accord\u00ading to Bil\u00adfin\u00adger, Islet\u2019s strengths are strong expe\u00adri\u00adence of SAP sys\u00adtems and com\u00adpe\u00adtent con\u00adsul\u00adtants.
