The first blog post in our new blog series intro\u00adduces 20 years of our his\u00adto\u00adry and high\u00adlights the impor\u00adtant themes relat\u00aded to this cel\u00ade\u00adbra\u00adto\u00adry year.<\/span><\/p>\n Year 2018 is a year of joy and cel\u00ade\u00adbra\u00adtion for us as it has been 20 years since ISLET was found\u00aded. This year, we want to dis\u00adcuss sev\u00ader\u00adal themes and phe\u00adnom\u00ade\u00adna, that have been impor\u00adtant for us and that have occurred in the busi\u00adness envi\u00adron\u00adment and in our jour\u00adney of 20 years. We want to thank every\u00adone who has been a part of our jour\u00adney and wel\u00adcome you aboard!<\/span><\/p>\n Even at the times of cel\u00ade\u00adbra\u00adtion, it is impor\u00adtant to hon\u00adour and remem\u00adber our 20 years of excep\u00adtion\u00adal his\u00adto\u00adry and the remark\u00adable things that have hap\u00adpened. ISLET has been a pio\u00adneer in the IT field from many view\u00adpoints: a tech\u00adnol\u00ado\u00adgy com\u00adpa\u00adny oper\u00adat\u00aded by one fam\u00adi\u00adly and run by women was rare at the time \u2013 and still is.<\/span><\/p>\n The trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion of tech\u00adnol\u00ado\u00adgy has been mas\u00adsive in past 20 years. IT depart\u00adments that pre\u00advi\u00adous\u00adly exist\u00aded to offer only sup\u00adport\u00ading busi\u00adness have now changed to a cen\u00adtral enabler of growth and busi\u00adness vital\u00adi\u00adty. We have been a proud part of this change as we have sup\u00adport\u00aded our cus\u00adtomers in their dig\u00adi\u00adtal\u00adiza\u00adtion jour\u00adney \u2013 from mil\u00adlen\u00adni\u00adum era IT-sys\u00adtems towards 2020\u2019s\u2019 pro\u00adduc\u00adtiv\u00adi\u00adty leaps.<\/span><\/p>\n One major change also hap\u00adpened in Islet\u2019s lead\u00ader\u00adship when me<\/a><\/strong> and my broth\u00ader Tom\u00admi Luo\u00adto<\/a><\/strong> stepped in to run the com\u00adpa\u00adny in 2015.
