Era of \u201cAgen\u00adtic AI\u201d is here: SAP&nbsp;Joule<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The star of the show was of course <strong>SAP Joule<\/strong>. We are mov\u00ading beyond sim\u00adple chat\u00adbots to \u201cAgen\u00adtic AI\u201d sys\u00adtems that can rea\u00adson, plan, and exe\u00adcute com\u00adplex&nbsp;tasks.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Busi\u00adness ben\u00ade\u00adfit:<\/strong> Effi\u00adcien\u00adcy is no longer just about automat\u00ading repet\u00adi\u00adtive tasks, but also about han\u00addling unpre\u00addictable scenarios.<\/li>\n<li><strong>What\u2019s new:<\/strong> We saw the <strong>Joule Stu\u00addio<\/strong>, where we can now build cus\u00adtom AI agents tai\u00adlored to spe\u00adcif\u00adic busi\u00adness needs. Imag\u00adine an AI agent that doesn\u2019t just answer a&nbsp;ques\u00adtion about a&nbsp;delayed ship\u00adment but active\u00adly inves\u00adti\u00adgates the cause, pro\u00adpos\u00ades a&nbsp;rerout\u00ading option, and updates the cus\u00adtomer\u2009\u2014\u2009all autonomously.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The ecosys\u00adtem:<\/strong> SAP announced that by 2028, there will be an esti\u00admat\u00aded 1.3 bil\u00adlion deployed agents. With the new <strong>Agen\u00adtic Orches\u00adtra\u00adtion<\/strong> com\u00ading in 2026, Joule will be able to man\u00adage mul\u00adti-step work\u00adflows across dif\u00adfer\u00adent depart\u00adments like Finance, HR, and Sup\u00adply Chain with\u00adout human handholding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>2.
