The solu\u00adtion devel\u00adoped was an Agent inte\u00adgrat\u00aded into Microsoft Teams, i.e., an AI chat\u00adbot that acts as a&nbsp;con\u00adver\u00adsa\u00adtion-based inter\u00adface to Lumene\u2019s prod\u00aduct data\u00adbase for the&nbsp;user.<\/p>\n<p>The agent under\u00adstands ques\u00adtions asked in nat\u00adur\u00adal lan\u00adguage, enabling users to search for prod\u00aduct infor\u00adma\u00adtion using EAN code, com\u00adpare dif\u00adfer\u00adent items, list prod\u00aduct groups, or find out detailed infor\u00adma\u00adtion such as active ingre\u00addi\u00adents, intend\u00aded use, or pack\u00adage sizes. In addi\u00adtion, as a&nbsp;com\u00adplete\u00adly new kind of func\u00adtion\u00adal\u00adi\u00adty, the solu\u00adtion can be used to search for suit\u00adable prod\u00aducts freely by describ\u00ading the intend\u00aded use, user and oth\u00ader fea\u00adtures. The agent answers nat\u00adu\u00adral\u00adly and accu\u00adrate\u00adly to even dif\u00adfi\u00adcult ques\u00adtions such as \u201cWhich prod\u00aduct would be suit\u00adable for the skin care of an envi\u00adron\u00admen\u00adtal\u00adly con\u00adscious young per\u00adson with sen\u00adsi\u00adtive&nbsp;skin?&nbsp;\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The solu\u00adtion is based on Islet\u2019s Retrieval-Aug\u00adment\u00aded Gen\u00ader\u00ada\u00adtion (RAG) archi\u00adtec\u00adture, in which directs user\u2019s ques\u00adtions to a&nbsp;search index con\u00adtain\u00ading prod\u00aduct infor\u00adma\u00adtion through Azure Prompt Flow. The search is com\u00adbined with gen\u00ader\u00ada\u00adtive AI, which com\u00adpiles the answers based on facts. The solu\u00adtion is thus inte\u00adgrat\u00aded into Lumene\u2019s prod\u00aduct infor\u00adma\u00adtion man\u00adage\u00adment sys\u00adtem. The accu\u00adra\u00adcy and trans\u00adparen\u00adcy of the agen\u00adt\u2019s answers were ensured by exten\u00adsive val\u00adi\u00adda\u00adtion of the answers as part of the devel\u00adop\u00adment work.
