It pro\u00advides a&nbsp;frame\u00adwork for man\u00adag\u00ading sen\u00adsi\u00adtive com\u00adpa\u00adny and cus\u00adtomer infor\u00adma\u00adtion, ensur\u00ading data con\u00adfi\u00adden\u00adtial\u00adi\u00adty, integri\u00adty, and availability.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Our path to ISO 27001 certification<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>This achieve\u00adment is the result of a&nbsp;mul\u00adti-year jour\u00adney of con\u00adtin\u00adu\u00adous improve\u00adment and reflects our ongo\u00ading com\u00admit\u00adment to excel\u00adlence, con\u00adtin\u00adu\u00adous improve\u00adment, and infor\u00adma\u00adtion security.<\/p>\n<p>Our jour\u00adney began with the imple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion of a&nbsp;<strong>Qual\u00adi\u00adty Man\u00adage\u00adment Sys\u00adtem<\/strong> (QMS), in line with the ISO 9001 stan\u00addard. This required a&nbsp;com\u00adpre\u00adhen\u00adsive assess\u00adment and doc\u00adu\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion of our inter\u00adnal process\u00ades. More than just ensur\u00ading com\u00adpli\u00adance, we went through all our cur\u00adrent prac\u00adtices and process\u00ades and iden\u00adti\u00adfied areas for improve\u00adment. We suc\u00adcess\u00adful\u00adly obtained our ISO 9001 cer\u00adti\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtion in Decem\u00adber&nbsp;2023.<\/p>\n<p>Build\u00ading on this foun\u00adda\u00adtion, we expand\u00aded our focus to envi\u00adron\u00admen\u00adtal respon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty by devel\u00adop\u00ading an <strong>Envi\u00adron\u00admen\u00adtal Man\u00adage\u00adment Sys\u00adtem <\/strong>(EMS). Sus\u00adtain\u00adabil\u00adi\u00adty has always been a&nbsp;key val\u00adue at Islet, and our goal was clear: reduce our car\u00adbon foot\u00adprint and off\u00adset all his\u00adtor\u00adi\u00adcal emis\u00adsions. To meet ISO 14001 stan\u00addards, we defined clear envi\u00adron\u00admen\u00adtal objec\u00adtives and imple\u00adment\u00aded action\u00adable, trans\u00adpar\u00adent plans. This led us to evolve our qual\u00adi\u00adty man\u00adage\u00adment sys\u00adtem into an inte\u00adgrat\u00aded qual\u00adi\u00adty and envi\u00adron\u00admen\u00adtal man\u00adage\u00adment sys\u00adtem, mak\u00ading envi\u00adron\u00admen\u00adtal pro\u00adtec\u00adtion an inte\u00adgrat\u00aded part of all our process\u00ades and oper\u00ada\u00adtions. In Decem\u00adber 2024, we obtained our ISO 14001 cer\u00adti\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtion while simul\u00adta\u00adne\u00adous\u00adly renew\u00ading our ISO 9001 certification.<\/p>\n<p>Our next goal was to incor\u00adpo\u00adrate <strong>infor\u00adma\u00adtion secu\u00adri\u00adty<\/strong> as the third ele\u00adment into our inte\u00adgrat\u00aded man\u00adage\u00adment sys\u00adtem.
