Microsoft launched its <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pulse.microsoft.com\/en\/transform-en\/na\/fa1-amplifying-ambition-to-spark-inspiration-microsoft-power-women-awards-2024\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pow\u00ader Women Awards<\/a><\/strong> as a&nbsp;way to pro\u00admote astound\u00ading female tech tal\u00adent: <strong>increas\u00ading vis\u00adi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty, build\u00ading com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty, and invest\u00ading in female lead\u00ader\u00adship<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In 2023, 12 female lead\u00aders in tech\u00adnol\u00ado\u00adgy from 11 West\u00adern Europe coun\u00adtries won the Microsoft Pow\u00ader Women Award. These women have not only excelled in their pro\u00adfes\u00adsion\u00adal careers but have also played a&nbsp;piv\u00adotal role in moti\u00advat\u00ading women and those ear\u00adly in career to pur\u00adsue reward\u00ading oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adties in the field of technology.<\/p>\n<p>The 2024 edi\u00adtion of the Microsoft Pow\u00ader Women Award has broad\u00adened its reach to encom\u00adpass the entire EMEA region includ\u00ading 15 coun\u00adtries: Aus\u00adtria, Bel\u00adgium, Den\u00admark, Fin\u00adland, France, Ger\u00admany, Ire\u00adland, Italy, Nether\u00adlands, Nor\u00adway, Por\u00adtu\u00adgal, Spain, Swe\u00adden, Switzer\u00adland and the Unit\u00aded King\u00addom and 4&nbsp;areas: Africa, Cen\u00adtral Europe, Mid\u00addle East and South\u00adeast Europe. Islet has always been a&nbsp;pio\u00adneer in diverse think\u00ading and work\u00ading in the tech indus\u00adtry.
