Sik\u00adla, \u201cbuilder of the future\u201d, select\u00aded cloud-based <\/strong>SAP Busi\u00adness ByDe\u00adsign<\/strong><\/a> tech\u00adnol\u00ado\u00adgy as its new ERP solu\u00adtion and ISLET Group as part\u00adner for imple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion. The project was launched in Jan\u00adu\u00adary and was car\u00adried out entire\u00adly remote\u00adly due to the Covid sit\u00adu\u00ada\u00adtion. The coop\u00ader\u00ada\u00adtion between Sik\u00adla and Islet went smooth\u00adly and the solu\u00adtion went live on 1 June 2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The con\u00adstruc\u00adtion com\u00adpa\u00adny Sik\u00adla Group designs and builds cor\u00adpo\u00adrate homes, nurs\u00ading homes, kinder\u00adgartens, schools and busi\u00adness premis\u00ades. The mis\u00adsion of the Group is to pro\u00adduce bet\u00adter user expe\u00adri\u00adences, and the users of the facil\u00adi\u00adties are at the core of the com\u00adpa\u00adny\u2019s oper\u00ada\u00adtions. The Group had grown so rapid\u00adly in recent years that its sys\u00adtems no longer sup\u00adport\u00aded oper\u00ada\u00adtions and couldn\u2019t keep pace with growth. To sup\u00adport future growth, Sik\u00adla launched a Sus\u00adtain\u00adable Growth project in 2019 with the goal of a large dig\u00adi\u00adtal leap to stream\u00adline busi\u00adness operations.<\/p>\n

Out of the sev\u00ader\u00adal options com\u00adpared, Sik\u00adla select\u00aded cloud-based SAP Busi\u00adness ByDe\u00adsign tech\u00adnol\u00ado\u00adgy because they want\u00aded a com\u00adpre\u00adhen\u00adsive, mod\u00adern, user-friend\u00adly and well-inte\u00adgrat\u00aded ERP solu\u00adtion. The breadth of SAP Busi\u00adness ByDe\u00adsign as an ERP solu\u00adtion was impor\u00adtant. Sik\u00adla and Islet brought togeth\u00ader the process\u00ades of HR, finance, pro\u00adcure\u00adment, sales, pro\u00adduc\u00adtion and project busi\u00adness in SAP Busi\u00adness ByDe\u00adsign. The goal was to keep as much infor\u00adma\u00adtion as pos\u00adsi\u00adble in one place so that the infor\u00adma\u00adtion is vis\u00adi\u00adble and acces\u00adsi\u00adble so that it tru\u00adly serves the business.<\/p>\n

Our inten\u00adtion is to con\u00adtin\u00adue our strong growth. We chose SAP\u2019s Busi\u00adness ByDe\u00adsign solu\u00adtion and set out to take a dig\u00adi\u00adtal leap with Islet. We have devel\u00adoped knowl\u00adedge man\u00adage\u00adment and fact-based deci\u00adsion-mak\u00ading at all lev\u00adels of the orga\u00adni\u00adza\u00adtion, with which we want to enable future growth. SAP Busi\u00adness ByDe\u00adsign solu\u00adtion has brought new ener\u00adgy to e.g. sales man\u00adage\u00adment and the exe\u00adcu\u00adtion of impor\u00adtant projects. Islet has been a part\u00adner of the right size for us\u2009\u2014\u2009com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adtion is direct, hon\u00adest and open, and the work is done in gen\u00aduine collaboration. <\/p>\n

Sik\u00adla\u2019s own IT depart\u00adment is very small, con\u00adsist\u00ading only of two peo\u00adple, so an expe\u00adri\u00adenced and com\u00adpe\u00adtent part\u00adner was impor\u00adtant to suc\u00adceed in the project. In addi\u00adtion, both Sik\u00adla and Islet teams built around the busi\u00adness areas took the project for\u00adward with deter\u00admi\u00adna\u00adtion and effi\u00adcien\u00adcy, despite work\u00ading remotely.<\/p>\n
