Cus\u00adtomer tar\u00adget groups can now be seg\u00adment\u00aded in mar\u00adket\u00ading so that the tar\u00adget group is based on any report or per\u00adfor\u00admance met\u00adric. This enables cus\u00adtomer com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adtion based on up-to-date busi\u00adness trans\u00adac\u00adtions, which can be uti\u00adlized in f.ex. sea\u00adson\u00adal cam\u00adpaign man\u00adage\u00adment. Cus\u00adtomer\u2019s ABC clas\u00adsi\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtion can also be changed direct\u00adly on the report, which allows imme\u00addi\u00adate response based on the data obtained from the report, such as pay\u00adment his\u00adto\u00adry of invoices.<\/p>\n Sales fore\u00adcast\u00ading can be done more accu\u00adrate\u00adly in the new ver\u00adsion. It can now also take into account the dif\u00adfer\u00adent ver\u00adsions of sales offers, as well as the sales sup\u00adport and ser\u00advice doc\u00adu\u00adments linked to sales offers after\u00adwards. Dif\u00adfer\u00adent ver\u00adsions of sales offers can be cre\u00adat\u00aded and ana\u00adlyt\u00adics viewed from the mas\u00adter ver\u00adsions and, if desired, also from oth\u00ader work\u00ading ver\u00adsions. Cus\u00adtomer rela\u00adtion\u00adship man\u00adage\u00adment doc\u00adu\u00adments, such as sales and ser\u00advice and billing doc\u00adu\u00adments, can be used for both fixed amount and per\u00adcent\u00adage dis\u00adcounts at the same time, enabling the desired flex\u00adi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty in pricing.<\/p>\n <\/strong><\/p>\n Resource man\u00adage\u00adment clos\u00ader to project planning<\/strong><\/p>\n Pro\u00adjec\u00adt\u2019s resource man\u00adage\u00adment has been stream\u00adlined with improved resource retrieval. The resource man\u00adag\u00ader is now able to see the avail\u00adabil\u00adi\u00adty of employ\u00adees accord\u00ading to the planned work tasks of the project, and the search takes the lev\u00adels of project task, ser\u00advice, and sea\u00adson\u00adal plan\u00adning into account. With resource search, the resource man\u00adag\u00ader is able to find employ\u00adees who are free to be assigned to the project. In addi\u00adtion to free work\u00ading time, oth\u00ader cri\u00adte\u00adria can be added as search cri\u00adte\u00adria, f.ex. areas of exper\u00adtise if you want to find a per\u00adson pro\u00adfi\u00adcient in a par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar area of\u200bexper\u00adtise for the project. This def\u00adi\u00adn\u00adi\u00adtion can be made on a month\u00adly basis, in which case f.ex. work\u00ading time entries can be edit\u00aded for the cur\u00adrent and pre\u00advi\u00adous month, or even for the cur\u00adrent month alone. Work\u00ading hours can be edit\u00aded lat\u00ader on, but in this case it can only be done by the per\u00adson in charge, ie. the employ\u00adee\u2019s supervisor.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/strong><\/p>\n Flu\u00aden\u00adcy in pro\u00adduc\u00adtion core data man\u00adage\u00adment and project inven\u00adto\u00adry orders<\/strong><\/p>\n If the prod\u00aduct struc\u00adture (BoM) or pro\u00adduc\u00adtion phas\u00ading (BoO) is no longer used in pro\u00adduc\u00adtion, for exam\u00adple due to the end of the prod\u00aduct life cycle or changes in the pro\u00adduc\u00adtion process, their sta\u00adtus may be changed to expired. Com\u00adpared to the pre\u00advi\u00adous scan\u00adning func\u00adtion, just scan\u00adning PDF doc\u00adu\u00adments is enough and text doc\u00adu\u00adments are no longer need\u00aded. The PDF file is scanned using SAP\u2019s Doc\u00adu\u00adment Infor\u00adma\u00adtion Extrac\u00adtion (DOX) ser\u00advice, which includes an inte\u00adgrat\u00aded text recog\u00adni\u00adtion ser\u00advice (OCR) and a mod\u00adel based on machine-learn\u00ading. The new scan\u00adning ser\u00advice is part of the stan\u00addard SAP license, so there will be no addi\u00adtion\u00adal costs.
