Per\u00adson\u00adal Data is stored dur\u00ading the recruit\u00adment process and for five years after the end of the process. The recruit\u00adment process ends when all the appli\u00adcants have received results of the process. After five years the per\u00adson\u00adal data is man\u00adu\u00adal\u00adly delet\u00aded from the systems.<\/p>\nThe appli\u00adcant can object to the pro\u00adcess\u00ading of their per\u00adson\u00adal data after the end of the recruit\u00adment process. How\u00adev\u00ader, the infor\u00adma\u00adtion is stored for two years so that Islet can answer to the pos\u00adsi\u00adble legal claims aris\u00ading from the process. After two years, the infor\u00adma\u00adtion is man\u00adu\u00adal\u00adly delet\u00aded from the systems.<\/p>\n

The infor\u00adma\u00adtion is main\u00adly obtained from the data sub\u00adject them\u00adselves. In some select\u00aded cas\u00ades, an exter\u00adnal recruit\u00adment part\u00adner or HR advi\u00adsor is used to make a per\u00adson\u00adal assess\u00adment of the appli\u00adcant. In these cir\u00adcum\u00adstances, per\u00adson\u00adal data relat\u00ading to the assess\u00adment are obtained from the recruit\u00adment part\u00adner or HR advisor.<\/p>\n8.
